Why is the delivery charges varies than the estimate shown at the time of placing order? 

Actual delivery charges may go higher or lower depending on the delivery location selected at the time of checkout. The distance and rate is calculated from the Pick-up point to the delivery point. 

Is it possible to cancel the my order?

Once order placed, you have approx 5 min to cancel your order or until the cancellation option is displayed. In case cancellation option not, you can directly the merchant or our customer care for any cancellation or amendment option. 

Is it possible to modify my order?

Sure, unless the captain has left the pick up point. You may contact us or the captain directly for any changes you may require. 

What if I demand refund of my order?

We apologize, as the products/food are delivered directly from third-party merchants and paid by captains, Foodbytes cannot refund you on behalf of the vendors. However, our customer care support are always there to assist in resolving any issue you may face with our partnered merchants. 

What are the payment options for my order?

You can pay your order by cash or card. If you opt for cash, you will have to pay the captain at the time of taking your delivery at dropoff location.
